Coaching
There are numerous definitions of coaching but the one we prefer comes from Anthony Grant of the University of Sydney, 2000:
Coaching is “a collaborative solution-focused, results orientated and systematic process in which the coach facilitates the enhancement of work performance, life experience, self-directed learning and personal growth of the coachee”.
It is also helpful to highlight that coaching is not prescriptive, judgmental or directing.
We offer two types of coaching:
Coaching and mentoring within organisations |
We offer coaching to employees at any level in the organisation and collaborate with them to enhance their work and / or leadership performance. |
Coaching and mentoring for individuals |
We offer coaching to individuals and collaborate with them to enhance their life experience and personal effectiveness. |
